Now that my book, ‘Roisin’ is out I’ve been working to bring this website up to date with the stories.

One of my two central characters, Hazel Fauld, is at university in London now and she’s also gigging all over the capital with the Rock band she started with her big sister, Roisin, so I’ve added a new section on the London places mentioned (ignoring a few real ones like Tower Bridge).  There are a lot of them: from numerous pubs and small Rock venues, to Hazel’s university, a hospital, various characters’ homes, a tugboat dock, a lesbian club and several restaurants, to name but a few.  I have also updated the data on Saltbury places, including re-drawing the map of Saltbury town centre to bring it up to date.

As ever, the new book has also brought new characters, from Hazel’s Professor to a grandmotherly pub landlady, to a major movie producer, so they have been added to the character database, while a lot of old friends have had their entries updated to keep up with events.  I hope you continue to find the site interesting and useful in giving something of the story behind the stories.
