The ninth of my ‘Saltbury Chronicles’ series, ‘History Girls’ will be published next week on Amazon ‘Kindle’.  At the moment I’m just giving it a final read through to try to catch any remaining glitches and then I’ll build the publication file with all the chapter links etc in place.

My plan is to post it on Sunday (14^th Nov), but it always takes a day or two after the upload for Kindle to get it properly on-line and available for sale.

It’s been an interesting one to write, with two story lines running in parallel, but 200 years apart as Tina, Rosie and Lexi work on a local history project.  They are studying Saltbury’s famous Victorian benefactor, Sir Jeremiah Prodnoze, plus his rebellious, horse riding mad older sister Elizabeth, and their devastatingly handsome cousin George.  There just might be one or two shocks.

Meanwhile, Tina’s irascible girlfriend, Carol is entered for the European Athletics Championships.  Her cat Leather springs a surprise.  She meets a car-obsessed Dame of the realm and a pair of very eccentric haulage contractors.
