My new novel, the 9th in the ‘Saltbury Chronicles’ series, has now been published on Amazon Kindle worldwide. This is another with the lovely Tina as narrator and we see a triumphant return by her absent minded ex-girlfriend Rosie.

Everyone in Saltbury has heard of the town’s great Victorian philanthropist, Sir Jeremiah Prodnoze, whose statue stands proudly in the Market Square because he had it put there himself. The noble Baronet, aided and abetted by his older sister Elizabeth and her fabulously wealthy and devilishly handsome husband George, founded Saltbury University, the town’s museum and, of course, St Ann’s School for Girls. But Rosie and her new love, Lexi, get involved with a distinctly unusual local history project when an impressive cache of Prodnoze family papers comes to light. The result is a scandal which even after a century and a half has the power cause ructions amongst the local aristocracy, not least the Earl of Dowchester and the last of the Prodnoze line: irrepressible motorbike, malt whisky and Death-Metal fan, Dame Evadne Jackerman-Prodnoze.
Meanwhile Law student Tina finds herself in almost embarrassingly high demand as a model. Her maddening but ever adoring girlfriend Carol gets closer to her dream of making the Olympic team. Her sinfully mischievous friend Katie writes a play to ‘subvert the form’ and her cat, Leather springs a wonderful surprise.
